Summary: | Small-time-scale manual control tracking effects are examined using a second-order stochastic sequential model that incorporates broad probabilistic descriptions of human perception and control. A spectral analysis of simulated tracking responses is made. Simulation results showing a clear duality between perception variable pairs and the control variable pairs are reported. The sampled-data hypothesis for the human controller and the separation of perception and control effects are discussed.< > |
