Splitting of drift instability region for current-carrying double quantum wire plasmons by coupling to optical phonons

We analyze the dispersion relation for double quantum wire plasmons coupled with optical phonons in a semiinfinite semiconductor. The current driven instability of the double quantum wire system with optical phonons is carefully examined.
