Summary: | In order to prevent too many equipment actions and too frequent, a novel strategy is proposed as the two-stage process, i.e. the off-line pre-optimization and real-time optimization. Each time intervals within a dispatch period are pre-optimized one by one using conventional model, while for real-time optimization, a new model is presented. Not only are the minimum network loss but also the cost of control action and the number taken into account, thus optimizing the entire system's voltage, network loss, equipment life and number of actions so that the comprehensive economy of system operation is realized. The inertia factor and sensitivity calculation are introduced to adjust effectively the rational distribution of the action number of the equipments in whole dispatch period. In the algorithm, improvement has been made on the search for optimization using genetic algorithm. The example shows that this method is effective and practical and can be used to online optimization and operation |
