ASE-to-signal coupling limitations to generate hundreds to thousands of optical replica from a unique pulse

An efficient design using a re-circulation fibre loop is proposed to generate huge amounts of pulse-shape replica, from one single pulse at 1053 nm. We analyze the limitations due to the ASE noise-to-signal sequential transfer.
