Investigation of hot-pressed PVDF films by pyroelectric probing method
The effect of thermal treatment and room temperature aging on the frequency dependence of the pyroelectric response of polarized hot-pressed PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and P(VDF/TFE) films is studied. Summary: | The effect of thermal treatment and room temperature aging on the frequency dependence of the pyroelectric response of polarized hot-pressed PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and P(VDF/TFE) films is studied. The nonuniform pyroelectric activity and the low-frequency pyroelectric resonance are found to diminish with the aging process. Applications of the films with homogeneous and nonhomogeneous distribution of the pyroelectric activity within the film are discussed.< > |
