Summary: | The small T-antenna is studied by using a simplified two-term sinusoidal current distribution along the antenna. The analysis results in simple closed-form expressions for the two components of the input impedance. The results of the simple theory have been supported by experimental verification, while excellent agreement with moment method solution has been achieved. It has been found that the simple theory can be applied with high accuracy to antenna heights of about 0.2 lambda .< > |
