Summary: | Introduces an upper bound for the zeros of a polynomial. The result is obtained by applying Cauchy's theorem to a polynomial derived from the original polynomial through an exponential transformation. The advantage of such a transformation is illustrated through several examples, where the results are compared to existing results. The authors also examine convergence of the bound after iterative transformations of a polynomial, and show the improvement over the existing bounds, when they are applied to the transformed polynomial.< > |
