Summary: | The method for dynamic calibration of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO) in noise environment using parameter identification is proposed in this paper. By inputting the square-wave signal from the probe of the DSO, we can get the output data including the noise. Through least square parameter identification, the complex transfer function of the DSO may be estimated from the input and output data. Using a deconvolution algorithm, the effect of the transfer function can be calibrated. The simulations prove that the method is feasible.< > |
