Development of Installation Techniques for a 500 KV Oil-Filled Cable on a Long-Span Suspension Bridge

This paper describes the results of a study on installation of a 500kV 2000mm2 oil-filled cable on the long-span Ohnaruto suspension bridge under construction in the Seto Inland Sea of Japan, planned to carry both automobile and the Shinkansen "Bullet Train" traffic.
