Summary: | The characteristics of correlation and power spectrum about chaos signal, periodic signal and random noise were analyzed respectively by the methods of autocorrelation in time field and power spectrum in frequency field. A simple and convenient method was explored, by which how to identify chaos signal. On this basis, the characteristics of above signals were analyzed again by time-frequency method. The non-stationary was verified by the time-frequency spectrum and simulation experiments. So in this paper the narrow frequency band characteristic of chaos signal is present, which is one of effective methods to distinguish chaos signal and noise signal. Three kinds of famous systems, for example non-chaos, chaos, and stochastic signal are adopted as studied system in the article.
