Summary: | Many studies reported various e-health service systems. We considered mobile device based e-health service system and application using portable ECG sensor and mental stress measuring questionnaire. Recently, a stress response inventory (SRI) questionnaire has been devised to score personal events occurred during the past two weeks that may influence the status of mental stress levels. However, high cost of the service is a serious problem, so we tried to develop low cost e-health service model without accuracy decrease using relation of heart rate and SRI scores. Therefore, we sought to identify mental stress factors in the SRI questionnaire that were associated with heart rate changes.
