description The present state of cement industry information system construction and the cement production process feature are briefly exposited and analyzed. On the basis of absorbing advanced thought and technologies such as Industrial IT, ERP and MES, it comes up with cement enterprise information system architecture, being more easier to be put into effect, based on three-layer structure (ERP/MES/PCS) and its functions. Ultimately, it gives an information system solution suitable for Chinese cement enterprises. The feasibility and validity of the solution has been testified in engineering practice.
