It is noted in this experiment that the maximum power can be obtained at A-K gap distance of 4 mm. Experiment shown that output microwave main frequency is 4.72 GHz from axial vircator without a bar reflector. It is found in this experiment that the output microwave power sensitively depends upon the position of a bar reflector. The microwave peak power with a bar reflector has been measured to be about 200 MW which is almost two times enhanced by bar reflector in comparison with that without bar reflector.
