Description
Summary:Since thermal plants are multi-input, multi-output and uncertain complex systems, it is important to capture the characteristics of the system for controlling combustion reliably and economically. If the gas of cookery is used as fuel, the input quantity of gas is closely connected with the output quantity of coke plant, so the characteristic of fuel is not steady. The process of combustion must be completely, that is, when the ratio of atmosphere and gas is the setting value, the precision of thermal control is high and the output thermal efficiency can meet the needs of design. The paper uses comparison theory of Lyapunov method to analyze the input ratio of fuel and atmosphere in combustion control system. The balance between adjustment value and set value after affected by outside interference shows that at that time the combustion efficiency is the highest and the thermal value is the steadiest. It analyzes the supply status of fuel and atmosphere by simulating combustion process mode and confirms the validity and stability.
