A modified view ordering for artifact reduction in MRI

Description
Summary:Fast spin echo (FSE) is a means of rapidly acquiring k-space data in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Unfortunately, images obtained using FSE often contain artifacts. These are caused primarily by patient motion and transversal magnetisation decay, the latter being characterised by the time constant Ti. This paper presents a study of the effect of data acquisition order on the severity of these effects.
