Intracavity adaptive optics optimization of an end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser

In this paper, a Nd:YVO 4 -laser with a closed-loop adaptive resonator is demonstrated. The achieved beam quality enhancement ranged from M 2 = 5 to M 2 = 1.7 with a power drop from 5.6 W to 5.3 W at 26 W of pump power.
