Summary:Adaptive charging architecture and mechanism is a hot research arena for Next Generation Service Network (NGSN). In this paper a new reconfigurable charging management platform is proposed to support adaptive charging rule generation and modification as well as reconfiguration of charging related network elements according to the static subscription charging agreement and dynamic charging information provided during the service session. The platform is apart of the Adaptive Service Provisioning Architecture (ASPA).
