Description
Summary:The VSP and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) use crime reports to make decisions regarding resource allocation. To the extent the data in these reports are flawed, bad decisions will be made. Furthermore, VSP crime analysts currently spend more time than they would like locating and amending data entry errors identified by the FBI. This reduces the time those analysts can spend on more mature analyses of criminal behavior.
