Summary: | This paper studies the stabilization problem via output feedback for a class of switched discrete-time linear systems subject to saturation nonlinearity. A switched output feedback controller in the quasi-LPV form is designed which guarantees the closed-loop system is locally asymptotically stable. New sufficient LMI conditions related to the number of system modes are proposed for control synthesis, which are developed by introducing a new congruence transformation. The design problem of controller (coefficient matrices) that maximizes an estimation of the domain of attraction is then reduced to optimization problems with LMI constraints. A numerical example is given to illustrate that the proposed method is less conservative than existing results on the same problem. |
