Summary: | In this letter, we focus on a subcarrier and power allocation scheme in uplink OFDMA systems, where each user has not only the different power constraints, but also was limited by the different rates. A subcarrier and power allocation algorithm is proposed. In this algorithm, the subcarrier allocation is based on the normalized channel gain, and the power allocation is based on the pricing function, which is always used in the non-cooperative game theory. The existence of Nash equilibrium is proved, and it is globally optimal and unique. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could achieve fairness amongst users. Moreover, it encourages the users to pursue maximal rate with the less power. It could enhance the rate per joule of energy consumed. |
