description In this paper, We find that all of retransmission policy in CMT has some defects for reducing receive buffer blocking. In order to further alleviate some of the throughput degradation caused by rbuf blocking problem, the combination of Lossrate, Congestion window and Slow start threshould (LCS) to be taked into account. So, we present compound parameter Retransmission policy named RTX-LCS policy to further improve the goodput of infinite rbuf CMT association. We also discuss CMT performance using proposed policy and different constrained rbuf values. A demonstrate using simulation is provided showing how rbuf blocking is reduced and overall throughput of an rbuf-constrained CMT association could benefit from proposed policy.
