Relationships between the influential factors are also analyzed. A model is developed to discuss how the key factors affect knowledge integration capability as well as affecting each other. The conclusion is of some value for researchers and enterprises to deepen the understanding of knowledge integration capability. The resultant framework can be used by researchers for knowledge integration issue and hypothesis generation, or by practitioners for benchmarking knowledge integration practices.
