VUV spectra of rare-gas fluoride ionic excimers

VUV emissions from two kinds of ionic excimers, Ar/sup 2+/F/sup -/ and Kr/sup 2+/F/sup -/ were observed. Theoretical and experimental surveys on these kinds of ionic excimers were reported and discussed.< >
