Summary: | A FV-FD hybrid algorithm is proposed by presenting a novel connecting condition between the two algorithms which march in time in different schemes. The reflection error induced by the connecting boundary is analyzed. The RCS of a 3D PEC sphere is calculated as a numerical example, which shows that the hybrid algorithm has the advantages of higher accurate, reducing running time and saving computational memory. Then the shared-memory parallel programming is applied to the hybrid algorithm and a high parallel efficiency is achieved. |
