Summary:In this paper we introduce a framework that provides remote access to a full equipped MHP laboratory. Its purpose is to allow any registered user to test remotely a MHP application from any device connected to the Internet, with a special interest in the new possibilities of the T-government. We also define and implement a set of test applications devoted to verifying the suitability of MHP applications to the DVB-MHP standard. These tests are focused on audiovisual and smartcards aspects of interactive applications developed to be running over a MHP platform.
