Summary: | In this work, we present an algorithm to recover the convolutional code which has produced a observed noisy binary sequence. It makes use of previously unpublished structural properties of convolutional codes that we present here. This allow us to improve on previously known techniques. The algorithm was fully implemented and runs in reasonable time for practical parameters values. |
