Polarized photon-pairs confocal laser scanning microscope

The abilities of reducing spherical aberration and enhancing image contrast of a polarized photon-pairs confocal laser scanning microscope (PCLSM) have been investigated. The axial responses of PCLSM are compared with that of CLSM.
