Description
Summary:With dramatic changes of semiconductor industries, the services of Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park have to make proper transformation to meet the demands of high-tech companies. This paper advocates a powerful new concept - "customer-centric services system" (CCSS)- being introduced in Hsinchu Science Park Administration (HSPA), Taiwan. The services platform elevate the customer-centric value via delivering CCSS in terms of establishment of a Platform-based and add-value service system. Through a case study on the implementation of an official NSoC Program top-down from Taiwan government, Si-Soft Research Center via delivering CCSS in Hsinchu Science Park have provided sounded high-tech R&D environment, well-equipped public facilities, effective services administration, open innovation on global networks, and mechanisms of integrative intelligent-property collections etc.. The further aims at validating the NSoC on applying the concept of CCSS has introduced a brand new "park-in-park" model to form the full-fledged Knowledge ecosystem as a park transition paradigm in challenging global economy.
