DPSK receiver with feedforward control to mitigate in-band crosstalk and ASE noise
We propose and demonstrate a scheme that suppresses degradation induced by in-band crosstalk and amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise in differential phase shift keying signal, using feedforward control. Though in-band crosstalk in wavelength division multiplexing networks or ASE from optical...

Summary: | We propose and demonstrate a scheme that suppresses degradation induced by in-band crosstalk and amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise in differential phase shift keying signal, using feedforward control. Though in-band crosstalk in wavelength division multiplexing networks or ASE from optical amplifiers degrades system performance, we can suppress the degradation using the feedforward control. |
