Summary: | The large macromolecules of the commercially useful polymers must be synthesized from substances having smaller molecules in a process. The properties of a polymer may be modified and enhanced by the inclusion of additive materials. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of polymer material objects are generally regarded as separate domains of interest in CAD and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) community. Considering the main factors with important influence on material parameters, the injection mould filling simulation model is established, which can really meet the functional requirements in terms of structural, thermal or other prescribed properties. Taking surveying data investigating the relationships that exist between the injection molding and properties of production, as samples for training and learning, some functions are obtained in identification of optimized model. It is shown that the identification model of simulation analysis is an effective method with high prediction accuracy and could be used in injection practice. |
