Summary: | Traditional culture is a kind of "defective" culture. It only pays great attention to "conduct oneself", rather than to "conduct practice", fails to organically unify both. For an enterprise, the traditional culture is always expressed by such phenomenon, for instance, be afraid of innovation,suppress the new idea,neglect the innovation or not pay enough attention to it, etc. At last it will form the enterprise culture which hinders the development of enterprise innovation. The enterprise cultural factors have been appraised through fuzzy evaluation method in this paper to improve the culture construction and form the culture atmosphere that favorable to innovation. |
