Summary: | In this paper, concerning with the reciprocating compressor surface's vibration signals are non-steady and abound of vibration exciters, the property is analyzed and handled based on the nonlinear dynamical system theory, and it is demonstrated that these signals have features of fraction and multifraction. With the wavelet transformation theory, the maximum wavelet module quantum is used to reduce noise, then the multifractal spectrum is calculated,the fault eigenvector is defined,so the different fault can be classified. The result shows that these methods are successful to diagnosis the fault of compressor's air value. |
