UHF characteristics of metal-dielectric nanocomposite materials

Electrophysical properties of nanocomposite metal-dielectric structures are studied by the example of the aluminum-polymer system in the range of volume parts of metallic phase 0.1-0.6 at a room temperature. The results of microscopic researches are represented.
