Description
Summary:In order to analyze the advantage of using low grade superheated steam to process superfine coal, the experiments are carried out with the self-developed steam flow pulverization system. The results reveal that the temperature of superfine coal from the superheated steam bag filter is lower than 80°C,which shows that all types of superfine coal can be prepared by low-grade superheated steam. In the condition that the pressure is 0.5MPa, and the temperature is lower than 300°C, the power consumption is only 20% that of the air jet mill. It shows low-grade superheated steam can be used to achieve low-cost large-scale superfine coal processing, and also provides a new approach for superfine coal.
