Summary: | With the increase of unit capacity of hydroelectric sets, the weight of rotating parts, the axial hydraulic thrust as well as the eccentric force and the unbalanced magnetic pull, the electromagnetic torque on generator pedestals will increase remarkably. Therefore it is of great importance to analyze the vibration response of large-scale hydropower house under vibration loads of hydroelectric unit. Taking Jinping I underground hydropower house as an example, vibration displacement, velocity, acceleration and stress of pedestal structure and floors under normal operation condition and several typical accident conditions are investigated by three dimensional finite element method (FEM). Results show that the vibration responses of this hydropower house meet the requirements of related standards. |
