Summary:The role of aggregate data for information exploitation in health-care is fundamental. The aim of this paper is to show the added value that informatization offers in generating and comparing these data starting from disaggregate items in medical records. We present a model designed to help the user in this task and underline the role of medical informatics to support health care planning by means of advanced models and tools.
