Summary: | This paper indicates that there are some shortcomings in the traditional sound pressure method for sound insulation measurement, such as sound leakage, flanking transmission and the low signal-noise-ratio. And then the impulse and sound intensity measuring methods are introduced. The progress of the sound intensity methods is also illustrated. In combination with environmental quality for noise in the national evaluation standard for green building, the prospect of applying the sound intensity method for sound insulation measuring on green buildings is presented. |
