Description
Summary:Formation mechanism and kinetics process of PbO+MN system were investigated in this paper. The formation of perovskite phase in this system was characterized by an initial rapid formation of Mg-contained pyrochlore phase. This pyrochlore not only reacted with MgO to form PMN perovskite, but also decomposed itself to be P/sub 3/N/sub 2/ pyrochlore. The kinetics process of the system could be divided into two stages: short stage and long stage, and their activation energy were 160 KJ/mol and 182 KJ/mol respectively.
