Summary:We are implementing several innovative uses of computers and computer networks in order to develop a new pedagogy in the teaching of university engineering courses. These uses of computers are creating efficiencies in the learning process, and students have found this new learning environment to be a significant improvement upon a traditional engineering course. This new educational paradigm should empower off-campus students to participate fully in the educational experience.
