Summary:Through the research, we think that the distributed energy can be used to effectively deal with the energy security and environmental protection issues. But, it is the slow development of the the distributed energy system in the industrial park, because there are some obstacles, such as lack of money. So, we analyzed the general financing model of distributed energy project, and its mainly impacting factors. Based on that, we built the Four index selective financing model of distributed energy for Chongqing industrial park. The model can better demarcate the conditions and environment of enterprises, foreign investment, park superintend department and government facing, and can effectively select the appropriate model of distributed energy project finance for the industial park.
