Summary: | Aiming at the current situation of long delivery cycle time, blind disorder distribution in the supply chain distribution patterns of the single species regional Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and a secondary distribution model is constructed through analyze the logistics, information flow and other constraints of the distribution pattern. In this model, the distribution center location is based on the minimizing the total cost of distribution, and select the best distribution centers and the optimal allocation relationship between distribution centers and retailers in the provided area. On this basis, use the GA toolbox in the MATLAB to encode and solve. Finally, an example proves this model is correctly and effectively through the estimation of the total costs which is obtained from the optimal scheme. |
