Description
Summary:This paper investigates the use of workflows to automate the delivery, coordination and monitoring of home-care processes. Workflow models of these processes need to be customized, resilient to change, collaborative and need to account for the temporal aspects of care (treatment duration, frequency of a medical acts, etc.).
