Summary:A modified decision directed channel interpolation techniques of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) system is proposed in this paper. The decision directed channel tracking method in OFDM system always encounters the error propagation problem. To make a practical design, the modified decision directed method in this paper is a low complexity algorithm which can lower the effect of decision error propagation. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperform conventional block interpolations as the SNR exceed certain level.
