Summary: | Scientific and technological innovation is now playing a more and more important role in enhancing the competitiveness of industries, which is particularly true to Heilong Jiang province green food industry, for it is characterized by more input of non-labor capital factor to obtain more output. On the basis of the condition of Heilongjiang province green food industry from 2000 to 2009 and from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation and labor capital input, analyses are made on the declining position on the national scale and the backward competitiveness among the similar regions, the main reasons for the problems above are the backwardness of scientific and technological innovation and the shortage of labor capital input, combined with the industrial theory of life circle, by constructing TFP model, conclusions and suggestions are made by investigating the contribution rate of scientific and technological innovation. |
