Cyclotron resonance in graphene at ultrahigh magnetic fields

Cyclotron resonance measurements in CVD-grown, large-area graphene at ultrahigh magnetic fields were performed, where polarization and wavelength dependence determined the carrier type of the doping and the value of the Fermi energy.
