Description
Summary:In this paper, we propose three joint clustering and scheduling schemes for overloaded femtocell network based on interference alignment. The schemes try to reach a tradeoff between the system sum-capacity and the fairness between the users. Considering different path loss configurations, the performance of the different schemes in terms of system sum-capacity is evaluated based on Monte-Carlo simulations. They show that combining clustering with interference alignment (IA) and a time division multiplexing process while alternating the access between all the users results in a good tradeoff between system sum-capacity and fairness.
