Summary: | E-Banking is an online financial service that provides several benefits either to the provider or to their users. However, results from survey and research show that the number of e-banking users is still low in Indonesia. Because of this reason, this research was done to find out prospect perception about kinds of relational benefits in e-banking. The findings of this research, that was analyzed using descriptive statistics method, showed that e-banking prospects have good perception about confidence benefits and special treatment benefits in e-banking. However, they had neutral opinion about social benefits in e-banking transaction. Based on the findings, a set of propositions forming a model is proposed for further research. |
