Characterization of 100-Ω metal-foil resistor for AC measurements
We developed 100-Ω metal-foil resistors with a four-terminal-pair design. The resistance and phase angle of the resistors were measured as a function of frequency. Below a frequency of 2 kHz, a frequency dependence of the resistance was not recognized within the range of the uncertainties. From the...

Summary: | We developed 100-Ω metal-foil resistors with a four-terminal-pair design. The resistance and phase angle of the resistors were measured as a function of frequency. Below a frequency of 2 kHz, a frequency dependence of the resistance was not recognized within the range of the uncertainties. From the phase-angle results, the time constant of the resistor was estimated to be 3.7 ns. |
