description In Fourier transform spectroscopy, there is a wave distortion of the optical system, and it has a greater impact on the data obtained by equipment. With analysis for the basic principle of the Fourier transform spectroscopy, we give the interferogram mathematical model of wave distortion. By using this model and the computer simulation method, we simulate with the distortion value 60nm, give the recovery spectrum of the distortion. It can be seen that the impact of distortion will lead to the decrease in intensity and the reduction of spectral details. Therefore, in the process of design and practical application, it's important to control the distortion.
