Summary: | Despite the scientific community's interest in developing Three-Dimensional Learning Virtual Environments (3D LVEs) by using interactive technologies, few studies have measured the actual effect of these environments on learning. This paper presents a Theoretical Model for the Learning Evaluation that can be applied in many 3D LVEs contexts, as well as a proposal for its computer architecture, as a way to investigate the contribution that LVEs effectively provide to learners' knowledge acquisition and how this learning process can be evaluated. To support this research, the results of Systematic Review (SR) are also presented, which sought to identify in the literature the assessment tools of knowledge acquisition that have been used in 3D LVEs. |
